Spring marks the beginning of lots of garden-related things, including shows and expos. Attending these events can help spark your creativity and give you ideas for your own home and garden.

I live in a small town where we don’t have a lot of events or opportunities to view gardens or attend a lot of shows without driving a couple of hours. Luckily, we have one garden-related event, albeit a small one – the Everything Home & Garden Expo. I went home with several interesting plants and added them to my growing collection of container gardens.

Here are some of my favorite ideas and photos from this year’s event.

Water Fountains and Feeders Made from Old Glass Decorative Items

The artists who made these were very creative. The re-purposed glass was beautiful with water running down it. They gave me permission to photograph their wares. You can visit their Facebook page here: https://www.facebook.com/pages/Reas-Artwork/1442001406084367
